Premier Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting for a truly unique opportunity with a forward-thinking engineering company that is breaking boundaries in high-performance vehicle development.

If you have a passion for high-end engineering, thrive in a hands-on workshop environment, and enjoy bringing complex builds to life, this role offers the kind of challenge most technicians' dream of.

As a High-Performance Vehicle Build Technician, you will play a vital role across the build, testing and development phases of this flagship vehicle. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Full end-to-end vehicle build, including assembly of bespoke components
  • Routine maintenance and preparation of development vehicles
  • Removal, installation and alignment of major components including gearboxes, drive trains and suspension
  • Assisting engineers with setup changes, fine-tuning and troubleshooting
  • Supporting the vehicle at test days and events, including trackside preparation and adjustments
  • Managing car setup and set-down processes
  • Keeping accurate documentation of part life cycles, maintenance records and build sheets
  • Maintaining a safe, organised and high-standard workshop environment
  • Collaborating closely with design and engineering teams to provide hands-on feedback that supports ongoing development

We are looking for a candidate who can bring deep technical expertise and confidence to the role:

  • Solid experience in high-performance vehicle engineering, build or development
  • Strong understanding of performance vehicle systems and component integration
  • Ability to work independently on complex builds
  • Good working knowledge of mechanical systems, precision assembly, and diagnostic processes
  • Fabrication or machining skills are advantageous but not essential
  • Strong organisational skills and experience working with technical documentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving project environment

This role requires someone who is:

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable making decisions and working under pressure
  • Highly focused on precision, quality and safety
  • Positive, proactive and keen to support the wider team
  • Able to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision

For the right candidate, this role offers challenge, creativity and the chance to build something genuinely extraordinary.

If you were excited by the idea of pushing engineering to its limits, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today through Premier Recruitment Group.
