Overview
Our client is a well established and well respected contractor in the external redecoration and planned maintenance market in London and the Home Counties. With a turnover around £10m and a solid portfolio of reliable clients, this opportunity offers security and prospects for advancement.
Responsibilities- Time on site looking after delivery and clients
- Some elements of estimating
- Developing additional business opportunities with existing client base
- Move towards leading a commercial department with the potential for directorship in the future
- Experience in looking after contracts from £200k - £2m with knowledge of external redecs and maintenance in the public and private sectors
- A good, diligent QS who can take a leading role in a commercial department
