Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out & Roofing Contractor

Location: Sevenoaks, Kent
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Sevenoaks
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join a stable and growing business that values long‑term commitment and development. The role will see you involved in Cat A and Cat B fit‑out schemes
, as well as roofing and refurbishment projects
, managing all commercial and contractual aspects from tender through to completion.

You’ll also have the chance to take on estimating responsibilities
, working closely with senior management to support bids and pricing for upcoming work.

• Manage multiple projects ranging in value from £10k to £3m
• Oversee all commercial functions, including procurement, valuations, and final accounts
• Prepare and submit accurate tenders and estimates
• Work closely with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Provide financial reporting and maintain cost control across all projects
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the company

• Minimum 3-5 years संरक्षक experience in fit‑out or refurbishment projects
• Proven experience with Cat A and Cat B office fit‑outs
• Ability to manage multiple live projects concurrently
• Some estimating experience or a willingness to assist with tenders and pricing
• Strong commercial awareness and a hands‑on, flexible attitude
• Excellent communication and organisational skills friendliness
