Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner

Duties:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and curiosity.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to support their development.
• Maintain accurate records of children's progress, behaviour, and health to ensure individualised care and attention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience that aligns with our philosophy and standards.
• Demonstrate group skills by working with and supporting staff in daily activities and routines.

• The candidate must hold an early years qualification. Please do not apply for this position unless you have this qualification.
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices, current EYFS changes and due respect for safeguarding is a must.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to support classroom dynamics while providing individualized attention to each child.
• Passion for nurturing young minds and creating a positive learning environment.
• Drive to continuously improve teaching methods and adapt to the evolving needs of children.

Pay: £30,000 per year
