Practice Accountant with Management Accounts
Are you an experienced Practice Accountant with Management Accounting experience looking for a dynamic role in a well-established and growing accountancy firm? We are recruiting for a talented individual to work directly alongside a Partner, playing a crucial role in managing client accounts and supporting business operations.
The Role:
As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:
Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client baseWorking closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategyPreparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reportsOverseeing Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext for clientsSupervising and guiding junior staff membersEnsuring compliance with UK accounting standardsSupporting process improvements and efficiency initiativesAbout You:
Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)Strong experience in management accounting and general practiceProficiency in Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and DextExcellent interpersonal and client relationship management skillsMotivated, self-starter, and proactive mindsetComfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutesWhat's in it for you?
