ResponsibilitiesThe primary purpose of your job is to assess residents’ needs, develop an individualized care plan, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care in a SNF setting. Supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, and as required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care.
Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
- Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans
- administer and evaluate nursing care in a SNF setting
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification
- Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health record software
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pulmonary, critical care, or step-down units
- Full-Time opportunities available
- Shifts:
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Wage: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour
