About the RoleAs a Production Team Leader
, you’ll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, collaborative team culture.
- Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies.
- Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
- Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery time frames.
- Monitor operations, adjust processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
- Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to solve problems on the run and understand urgency in a production environment.
- Technical skills or willingness to learn.
- A genuine commitment to Endeavour Foundation’s purpose and values.
- Previous experience in a production environment.
- Ability to obtain required checks:
Working with Children (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver’s Licence.
