Production Team Leader

Location: Seven Hills, NSW
Employment Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday)

As a Production Team Leader
, you’ll play a vital role in leading a pharmaceutical production environment while supporting employees to achieve their NDIS goals. You’ll ensure production targets are met, maintain quality standards, and foster a safe, collaborative team culture.

• Motivate and mentor a diverse workforce, promoting safety and compliance with WHS policies.
• Supervise and guide supported employees to meet NDIS goals and commercial outcomes.
• Ensure production meets customer expectations for quality and delivery time frames.
• Monitor operations, adjust processes, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practice standards.
• Conduct skills training, assessments, and performance reviews in collaboration with Employment Coaches.

• Ability to solve problems on the run and understand urgency in a production environment.
• Technical skills or willingness to learn.
• A genuine commitment to Endeavour Foundation’s purpose and values.

• Previous experience in a production environment.
• Ability to obtain required checks:
  Working with Children (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), National Criminal History Check, and an open Driver’s Licence.
