Starting wage: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday 2p-10p

• To be an “Advocate of Empathy”: understand the importance of empathy, create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments
• To be a Patient Observer: discover residents’ interests and abilities, collaborate to create engagement plans and implement strategies with patience
• To be a Master of the Mise en Scne: set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and residents’ rooms to support the resident experience
• To be a Life Partner: partner with residents to support all facets of daily life from wake to sleep
• To be excellent at documenting resident care and changes in condition
• To assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• You will have a high school diploma or equivalent
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our Residents
• You will have a positive and energetic attitude and love for our Residents
• You will possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our Residents
• You must be active (standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping all day)
• You must be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, and assist after a fall
• You must be criminally cleared
