Service Center Representative
Join Sedgwick as a Service Center Representative and play a crucial role in helping customers navigate claims processes. You will work in a hybrid setting near our Center of Excellence in Seven Hills, OH.
Location: 5700 Lombardo Center Suite 200, Seven Hills, OH 44131
Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour.

- Act as the primary liaison with callers, following client specifications to assist with questions and resolve issues related to the claims application and servicing processes.
- Educate and inform customers via multiple communication channels about documentation, time frames, payment information, and claim status.
- Document all required details of the call in a concise professional manner.
- Enter verbal and written application information accurately into the claims management system.
- Assign new claims to the appropriate claim handler.
- Direct customer calls to the appropriate contact or escalates to Service Center Specialist/management as needed.
- Maintain attendance during scheduled work hours.
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Inbound call center experience preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding of claims management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to support multiple clients across communication channels and utilize multiple systems simultaneously
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently
- Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies

Security Clearance: Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required.

The starting pay range for this role is $17.00 per hour.
