Merchandising Executive | Mon to Fri

We are hiring a Merchandising Executive (Stationery) to manage high-SKU product categories end-to-end, drive assortment strategy, and improve sell-through and margin performance.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary: S $3,000 to S $5,000 per month

Key responsibilities

Source new products and manage assigned stationery merchandise categories

Plan assortment, category mix, and range planning to meet sales targets

Analyze pricing and margins, recommend pricing strategies to improve performance

Prepare sales and cost data to support supplier negotiations and trading terms

Coordinate with suppliers on promotions, marketing support, and timely stock delivery

Manage slow-moving inventory, improve sell-through, and reduce markdown risk

Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items and maintain healthy stock levels

Work with internal teams to execute promotions, launches, and merchandising initiatives

Prepare monthly sales and inventory analysis reports with action plans

Conduct market research on trends and competitor activity

Perform regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards and execution quality

Support store openings, renovations, closures, Back to School orders, and offsite events

Support events, campaigns, and merchandising administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

Minimum 2 to 3 years of purchasing, merchandising, or relevant experience

Experience handling high-SKU, non-fashion categories is preferred

SAP knowledge is an advantage

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
