Merchandising Executive; Stationery

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Merchandising Executive to manage stationery and non-fashion product categories. If you enjoy working with a wide range of SKUs, analysing numbers, and collaborating with suppliers to drive sales, this role is for you.

• Source new products and manage assigned merchandise categories
• Plan product assortment, category mix, and range planning
• Analyse pricing to optimise sales and margins
• Prepare data insights for supplier negotiations
• Coordinate promotions and ensure timely stock delivery
• Monitor inventory, manage slow-moving stock, and improve sell-through
• Ensure timely replenishment of best-selling items
• Prepare monthly sales and inventory reports
• Conduct market and competitor trend analysis
• Perform regular store visits to uphold merchandising standards
• Support store openings, renovations, closures, BTS orders, and offsite events

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• 2–3 years of purchasing or merchandising experience
• Experience in product-heavy environments preferred (e.g. supermarket, stationery, lifestyle, variety retail)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
