Salary: Up to $2,800/month (based on experience)
🎁 Bonus: 0.5-month completion bonus

Working Hours: Monday–Friday + Alternate Saturday (Fixed Shifts)
- 🌅
Shift 1: 6:45AM – 3:15PM - 🌇
Shift 2: 2:45PM – 11:15PM - 🌙
Shift 3: 10:45PM – 7:15AM
- Build, test, and repair wire bonding machines
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues
- Follow work instructions to meet quality and production standards
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Engineering or related field
- No colour blindness
- Comfortable wearing safety/smog jackets at work
