Service Delivery Officer | 1 Year (Renewable) | Serangoon | UP to $3.9K- Review incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy
- Clarify missing or ambiguous information and decompose order components to determine the appropriate order types
- Create orders in the ECOM system and ensure all related ties are properly established (Project, Bill Dependency, Circuit)
- Review incoming customer requests for completeness and accuracy
- Clarify missing or ambiguous information and decompose order components to determine the appropriate order types
- Create orders in the ECOM system and ensure all related ties are properly established (Project, Bill Dependency, Circuit)
- Issue order acknowledgement emails to customers/requestors
- Process amendments to orders and Customer Required Dates (CRDs)
- Create or update customer and billing accounts, including:
- New account creation
- Name/address updates
- UEN changes
- Collaborate with Sales/Internal teams on order details
- Work with Credit Management on blacklisting checks
- Liaise with Number Management for voice service number assignments
