Warehouse Leader

Warehouse Leader is responsible for managing the overall operations of the central warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution to outlets. This role is critical in ensuring stock accuracy, smooth supply, and operational efficiency to support the growth of Toko Bakmi Kita as a multi-outlet restaurant.

Manage daily central warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.

Ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.

Monitor and enforce FIFO, FEFO, and proper storage standards for food and operational supplies.

Oversee receiving processes to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.

Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory variances.

Execute distribution to outlets based on schedules set by the Supply Chain team.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries to support outlet operations.

Maintain accurate warehouse transactions and documentation in the ERP system.

Lead and develop the warehouse team to ensure discipline, efficiency, and high performance.

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the warehouse.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, FIFO, FEFO, and warehouse best practices.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
• Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation.
