The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for demand planning, inventory monitoring, and ensuring optimal stock availability to support smooth operations across Toko Bakmi Kita outlet and central kitchen.

Develop demand forecasts for raw materials and operational supplies based on sales data, trends, and promotional plans.

Monitor inventory levels across outlets, central warehouse, and central kitchen.

Analyze inventory performance, including variances, shrinkage, and waste.

Coordinate with outlet, central kitchen, and marketing teams regarding operational and campaign needs.

Prepare purchase requests based on forecast and stock conditions.

Ensure accurate inventory and consumption data in the ERP system.

Prepare regular reports on inventory, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.

Identify improvement opportunities to reduce food cost, waste, and inventory loss.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or demand planning (preferably in the F&B industry).

Strong analytical and data skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Good understanding of forecasting and inventory control concepts.

Experience using ERP or inventory systems.

Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to work collaboratively.

Proactive mindset with a focus on cost efficiency.
