Fuel Center Associate

Job Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service and encourage fellow associates to do the same.
• Perform gas pumping and cashier functions efficiently.
• Complete daily tours and inspections to ensure safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the fuel center and respond to fuel spills with prompt clean-up and reporting.
• Answer customer inquiries over the phone.
• Adhere to corporate policies and safety guidelines diligently.
• Stay knowledgeable about emergency procedures and act accordingly.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts calmly.
• Provide support to all customers, including minors and older adults, with care and respect.
• Complete all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Minimum:
  Familiarity with industry terminology and ability to work autonomously.
• Desired:
  Previous experience in related positions is a plus.
