Home Health Nurse (RN) – Sequim, WA
Hospitals are actively hiring for a Home Health Nurse (RN) in Sequim, WA. Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Catheter care and placement
- Develop and implement personalized care plans

- Skin assessment and ulcer prevention

- Shift(s) available: Day, night, and mid shift

$77,500 to $127,620 per year
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in home settings
- Perform and monitor catheter care and placement procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and self‑management
- Conduct skin assessments and implement ulcer prevention strategies
- Manage wound and stoma care
- ADN/ASN degree or higher from an accredited nursing school
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
- Healthcare coverage:
