• Provide financial counseling to patients, offering estimates of their medical bills
• Handle patient registration and manage general inquiries at the counter
• Answer incoming calls and provide clear and helpful information to patients
• Collect payments, manage daily counter transactions, and reconcile daily collections
• Act as a "Service Ambassador" in the patient waiting area, responding to patient queries and ensuring immediate service recovery when necessary
• Assist in coordinating with other healthcare departments to ensure smooth patient services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the patient service areas
• Ensure all patient data is accurately recorded and updated in the system
• Follow hospital protocols and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support daily operations and patient care

• Minimum O-Level education
• Must be willing and able to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including night shifts
• Ability to commit to working on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work effectively in a healthcare environment, managing patient concerns and inquiries
