• 100% compliance with safety best practices, including reporting of any unsafe working conditions.
• Maintain 100% on‑time execution of all merchandise processing requirements.
• Monitor compliance with deadlines and best practices in processing goods.
• Manage personal workload to meet targets.
• Unload and load trailers.
• SKU incoming product in compliance with SSB Outlet policies.
• Maintain accurate counts during processing and/or sale of goods.
• Complete product teardowns as directed.
• Follow Outlet return inspection protocols verifying eligibility for credit, return reason codes and compliance to retailer return contracts.
• Discern between FG (new goods) and open bag returns during processing.
• Warehouse merchandise in a manner consistent with Outlet best practices.
• Assist with monthly warehouse safety inspections.
• Assist with quarterly warehouse inventories.
• Experience in warehouse work, including incoming and outgoing trailer management.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Data collection.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

• Facility with warehouse management systems.
• Basic computer skills.
• Task planning.
• Point of sale experience.
• Forklift certification a plus.

• 1 to 2 years related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

• This position is based in an SSB outlet warehouse and requires on‑site work at the facility.
• Work requires routine lifting of 50 to 80 lbs.
