Highly motivated Retail Sales Consultants who can confidently sell our premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and the bed Match diagnostic system. With over 520 store locations, we are a national family‑owned, 35‑plus‑year‑old leader in the mattress industry.

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, major holidays, and all weekends; typical 4–5 day week with 40–55 hours.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and help customers load mattresses onto vehicles.
• Ability to provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ lives through sleep solutions.
• Experience with tablet, mobile POS, and bed Match technology.
• Team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Passion for meeting customers and understanding their needs.
