Registered Nurse – Hospice Care | Seneca, South Carolina

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $65,000 – $74,800

We're currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our team and provide meaningful, end-of-life care to patients and families in the Seneca, Pickens, Oconee, Greenville and Anderson areas.

In this role, you’ll become a vital member of our compassionate multidisciplinary team, working closely under the guidance of the Director of Professional Services or Hospice Administrator
. You’ll be a steady presence and a source of comfort, helping patients and their loved ones navigate one of life’s most profound journeys with dignity, grace, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and comfort to hospice patients.
  • Collaborate with families and physicians to ensure every need is met.
  • Uphold our care standards through adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Support the emotional and physical well-being of patients and their loved ones.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as needed to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited RN program.
  • A heart for compassionate care and a commitment to patient dignity.
  • Reliable transportation and required auto liability insurance.
