We are committed to bringing critical services to communities across the U.S., improving access to treatment for over 26,500 patients. Our clinics are all outpatient and office‑based, located in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
- Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per the medical provider's orders.
- Dispense daily and take‑home medication at the dosing window.
- Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
- Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment.
- Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily.
- Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
- Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings.
- Connect with patients, offering true empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.
- Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state in which you will be practicing or a multi‑state compact status license. License should be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. If applicable, disciplinary actions documented on any license will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.
- 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
- Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood from collapsed veins is a plus.
- Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
- Monday–Friday; 4:30 am–12:30 pm
- More 1 on 1 care
- Consistent schedule: early in/turntime; no 12‑hour shifts and no 2nd or 3rd shift; you will never be on call.
- Small nursing team – depending on patient census, teams can range anywhere from 2–12.
