You ll provide one-on-one care in the comfort of our clients  homes, allowing you to focus on what truly matters: delivering personalized, dignified, and compassionate support.

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
• Offer companionship and emotional support to brighten each client s day
• Provide medication reminders and assist with simple health monitoring
• Document care accurately and report any concerns to the care team and families

• Current CNA certification
• Reliable Transportation
• Basic first aid & CPR (preferred but not required)
• Understanding of common senior conditions (Alzheimer s/Dementia, mobility issues)
• Home safety protocols & HIPAA compliance
• Medication reminders and simple health monitoring
• Proper body mechanics for lifting and assisting
• Nutrition, meal prep, and basic housekeeping
• Compassion, patience, and active listening
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable time management and adaptability
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow care plans
