- Communicate with families and care team members
- Document care provided using simple digital tools
- Must be 18 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- HHA certification (preferred) — or prior caregiving/healthcare experience
- A caring heart and strong communication skills
- Ability to pass background & drug checks
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
