We are looking for qualified drivers to staff stores in your area. • Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Have navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork, and clean equipment and facility daily.
• Training orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator); make correct monetary change.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders; motor coordination for quick and accurate movements.
• Navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

Work involves varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and delivering product, driving, and couponing. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F and above in some areas. Fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces/tools are present. Tasks include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs. The position requires handling heavy deliveries up to 50 pounds and moving trays on dollies.

• Standing most tasks from a standing position.
• Walking short distances and between store and delivery vehicle.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy items within specified limits.
• Climbing stairs or ladders as needed during maintenance or delivery.
• Reaching, bending, and stooping as required during preparation and stocking.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Basic math skills and ability to make correct monetary change.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to navigate urban and rural delivery areas, including multi‑story buildings.
