In this role, you ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
You will have the opportunity to leads the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities. Each day, you will develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing costs and profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
The work model for the role is: onsite (#Li-Onsite) in Senatobia, MS with some international travel.
Role and Responsibilities- Plan, manage, and optimize maintenance operations - including annual budget oversight, maintenance records, preventive maintenance coordination, and development of maintenance policies, processes, and lifecycle procedures for all equipment.
- Ensure equipment reliability and safety by determining maintenance plans for new/existing production lines, collaborating with Engineering, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise through hands-on troubleshooting of complex equipment (e.g., PLCs, electrical systems) and supporting root-cause analysis.
- Develop team capability by training maintenance and process technicians on proper maintenance practices, equipment care, and operational procedures.

Qualifications- Bachelor s degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience and minimum 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven experience in budget development, cost control, and resource optimization for maintenance operations
- Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, including CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and reliability-centered maintenance practices
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement equipment life cycle management programs and continuous improvement initiatives that reduce downtime and maintenance costs
- Excellent project management skills with experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to implement process improvements and ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance
- Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
