Job DescriptionSeminole Ford is seeking a full-time Sales Associate with proven leadership qualities. This role is designed for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented professional who can lead customers through a high-energy sales process that reflects Ford excellence.
Beyond just selling vehicles, you will be a culture-setter on our showroom floor, managing leads with honesty and building long-term relationships with our loyal rural customer base. This is a premier opportunity for a natural leader looking for clear advancement paths into finance and sales management.

Job TypeFull-Time
The best 5-day work week in the business:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
One weekday off every week
Ability to commute to Seminole, OK required
In-person position
Valid driver’s license required
Ford Certification: Current certification is a plus; commitment to achieving full certification within 30 days of hire is required.
Lead customers through a confident, high-energy sales process.
Manage all leads and follow-ups, closing deals with transparency and integrity.
Set a professional tone on the showroom floor through initiative and positive influence.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with a local customer base.
Model the dealership’s "Four Pillars" in every customer and team interaction.
Collaborate with the team to strengthen dealership culture and customer trust.
