We are a growing Oklahoma‑based home health agency expanding our clinical team across Eastern Oklahoma. We are seeking a compassionate and self‑motivated Registered Nurse (RN) who values autonomy, flexibility, and relationship‑based patient care. • Annual salary range: based on experience
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.46 per mile

• Provide skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
• Perform assessments and develop plans of care
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Complete timely documentation in EMR
• Educate patients and families on disease management
• Participate in on‑call rotation (if applicable)

• Active Oklahoma RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Home‑health experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
