Seminole Ford is a locally trusted dealership serving Seminole and the surrounding communities. Our parts department plays a critical role in supporting both our service team and retail customers. We are looking for a dependable Parts Counterperson who is organized, customer focused, and ready to help keep operations running smoothly.

Job Description

Seminole Ford is seeking an Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our parts department. This role is responsible for assisting technicians and customers with parts requests, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily parts operations. Prior parts experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

This position is open immediately.

Pay
  • $13.00 per hour plus commission on parts sales
Job Type and Schedule
  • Full time
  • Monday through Friday (Must work every third Saturday)
  • Day shift
  • In person position
Work Requirements
  • Ability to commute to Seminole, OK required
  • Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
  • Assist technicians and customers with parts identification and ordering
  • Pull, stock, and distribute parts accurately
  • Process parts sales and generate invoices
  • Maintain organization of the parts department and storage areas
  • Receive and check in parts shipments
  • Assist with inventory counts and control
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and technicians
  • Follow dealership processes and safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Previous automotive parts experience preferred but not required
  • Basic automotive knowledge is a plus
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
