• Provide reports to top management such as sales reports, lead generation reports, and customer complaint reports.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of leads, pricing, sales activities, and active customers.
• Evaluate and monitor sales team performance and look for ways to improve team performance.
• Negotiate to get an appropriate price.
• Collaborate with the legal department to create sales contract agreements.

• Minimum diploma degree in any major.
• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Experience in controlling and analyzing actual sales and forecasts.
• Experience in negotiating price and following up on customer claims.
• Experience in creating sales and purchase agreements as a result of negotiations with customers.
• Good communication in Mandarin and English (oral and written).
• Placement:
  Semarang.
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or above).
