The Surgical Specialist plays a critical role in supporting healthcare professionals by providing technical expertise and assistance during surgical procedures. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other medical staff through regular hospital visits, ensuring the safe and effective use of products in the operating room. Additionally, the role involves monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, and preparing reports on sales activities and product performance.

• Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits to customer hospitals and end‑user facilities to build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Surgical Support: Provide technical assistance and support during surgical procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of the products.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, market trends, and product performance.

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Nursing.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of products used in the operating room.
• Have experience interacting and building rapport with surgeons and medical staff in the operating room; be familiar with workflow, procedures, and safety standards in the operating room.
• Possess a strong willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills and techniques in the operating room.
• Have relevant work experience in the operating room environment.
