Strategy and Planning

• To apply funding business strategy from Supervisor/s in order to boost funding business growth
• To map the customer needs of banking/financial product (funding products/others),
• To extend product holding per customer
• To maintain and move in customer’s transaction become to Main Operating Account (MOCA)
• To develop and maintain strong relationship and connection with banking clients

• To provide Banking solutions to existing and potential customer by cooperation/coordination with other divisions to deliver products/services/programs that suit customers’ needs.
• To perform cross-selling of Bank products or collaboration with Network teams and increase fund placement portfolio and customers’ transactions
• To Prioritize for low cost fund
• To emphasize the utilization of products/services by customers to increase customers’ transaction with the Bank
• To maintain good relationship with existing customers as part of a portfolio management solution
• To maintain complex and top tier funding customers.

• To improve knowledge and skills through self-improvement activities i.e. training, FGDs, learning and sharing session, etc.

• To comply with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• To obtain the KYC & CDD account opening Approval for customers who are not present at Branch as per Delegation of Authorities (DoA),
• To review KYC and STR as maker/s in the AML application
• To be the initiator/Requestor/Maker for RCBS, DHN, STR, EDD, BWCCS, etc, as needed.
