Diesel Technician

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diesel Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing diesel vehicles. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drive trains, and related systems
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer specifications
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and shop procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of professional diesel repair experience (automotive or light/medium-duty trucks)
• Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, fuel systems, and emissions components
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment and interpret technical data
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• ASE certifications or equivalent training preferred but not required
• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to quality workmanship
