Position: Front Desk / Operations Support

We’re hiring a Front Desk Agent who can also provide part-time managerial and administrative support to our General Manager. This is not an Assistant GM role — but it is a higher‑responsibility position with room for growth.

We need someone who is dependable, flexible, and hospitality-minded — someone who wants to join a strong team and be trusted with occasional leadership tasks.

What This Role Looks Like Primary (Most of the Time):
Front Desk Agent
  • Warm, professional check-ins and check-outs
  • Answering phones, assisting guests, resolving issues
  • Daily front desk operations
  • Keeping the desk clean, organized, and efficient
  • Contributing to a positive, supportive team culture
Secondary (Part-Time):
Operations Support for the GM
  • Assist with small managerial tasks: communication logs, simple reports, supply management, follow‑ups
  • Support guest recovery situations when supervisor support is needed
  • Help reduce unnecessary manager coverage at the desk
  • Be a reliable “right hand” when the GM needs help
Ideal Candidate
  • Hotel experience strongly preferred
  • Extremely reliable & flexi​ble with shift times and occasional last‑minute coverage
  • Kind, respectful communicator with guests and team
  • Growth‑minded — there is real opportunity to advance
  • Team player who fits into a warm, hard‑working group
  • Detail‑oriented & organized, comfortable with light admin tasks
Compensation
  • $18–$20/hr (based on experience)
  • Full‑time hours with varied shifts
