Our client is an American Fortune 500 company and a global supplier of paints, coatings, and specialty materials.

• Responsible for color matching and quality checks of coatings products.
• Use spectrophotometer or color match techniques to establish formulas, blend and spray the color match, and perform corrections.
• Identify and correct color shifts and associated problems.

• Oversee Sealants & CPS repacking activities and quality checks.
• Ensure accurate packing and correct GHS labels for Finished Goods.

• Adhere to company policies concerning EHS.
• Handle raw materials and manufacturing equipment, including manual pallet trucks.
• Manufacture finished goods according to process steps and SOPs efficiently and accurately.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision, meet daily production targets, and be available for overtime if necessary.
• Oversee product quality for both raw materials and finished goods.
• Pack and palletize finished goods manually and using machinery.
• Participate in Productivity Improvement Teams and practice methodologies such as 5S and Kaizen.
• Perform cross-functional production activities as needed.
• Adhere to maintenance schedules for coatings laboratory equipment.
• Liaise with the operations manager regarding production schedules.
• Possess working knowledge of color spectrophotometers.

• Minimum "N" level and above
• With maintenance and lab sampling experience
• Computer literate with skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Words, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Good interpersonal skills – able to work well with all levels
• Self‑Motivation and self‑starting
