Technical Specialist (Aerospace) @ Seletar | $2.8K - $3.2K | 1 year contract
We're hiring a hands-on Technical Aircraft Specialist to join a high-performing team and contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches.
Provide day-to-day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
Collaborate with Design Authority and cross-functional teams across departments.
💼 Contract Type: 1 year contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent based on performance
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering
1–5 years of relevant hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment
Prefer applicant who has experience working in aviation industry
