Workplace Safety and Health Officer - Seletar Aerospace
- Ensure full compliance with WSH Act, relevant regulations, client and contractor in‑house requirements; maintain WSH audit procedures according to regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits; prepare detailed audit reports; review and update findings; evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
- Review or conduct investigations for incidents and near misses; ensure proper reporting and follow‑up actions are implemented.
- Review and communicate RA and SWP; ensure contractors' documents are effective, legally compliant, and site‑specific; observe toolbox talks and safety meetings for effectiveness.
- Conduct documentation reviews; support the Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) system, documentation controls, and safety campaigns.
- Support delivery of WSH training; liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities (MOM, SCDF); carry out any additional WSH duties assigned by the client.
- Must be Registered Safety Officer.
- Minimum of 5 Yrs Experience in handling projects as Client Representative.
- Able to handle multiple contractors and guide their WSH team.
