Technical Specialist (Aerospace) @ Seletar Aerospace | Up $3.2K per month
We're hiring a hands‑on Technical Aircraft Specialist to join a high‑performing team and contribute directly to production quality, process improvement, and new product launches.
- Provide day‑to‑day technical support to production, ensuring optimal product performance and quality.
- Manage product definition and evolution, working closely with IPT (Integrated Product Team).
- Lead root cause analysis and implement quality improvement activities (8D, FTQP).
- Coordinate new product introductions and support customer return investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) and maintain key KPIs (R1, FPY).
- Collaborate with Design Authority and cross‑functional teams across departments.
💼 Contract Type: 1 year contract, with possibility of conversion to permanent based on performance
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering
- 1–3 years of relevant hands‑on experience in a manufacturing or technical support environment
- Prefer applicant who has experience working in aviation industry
