Flex Staff is hiring a Full-time Physical Therapist to join our client's team in Selden, Suffolk, NY. We are seeking motivated, compassionate, forward-thinking individuals skilled in-patient assessment and creative, effective treatment planning.

Clinic Operations &

Schedule:

• Clinic
  
  Hours:
  
  Typically, open from 7-8 AM to 8 PM.
• Scheduling: Therapists work a consistent, rotating schedule (e.g., 2 morning/3 evening shifts or vice versa) that does not change week-to-week once set.
• Shift Timings:
  • Morning shifts: 7/8 AM - 3 PM
  • Evening shifts: 12 PM - 8 PM
• Saturday Work: Saturdays may be required; this will be discussed during client interviews.

Key Responsibilities &

Qualifications:

• NYS Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible).
• Evaluate patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide care based on physician plans, agency policy, and professional standards.
• Instruct caregivers (family members, PTAs, Home Health Aides) on physical therapy techniques.

  First Aid, AED, CPR.
• Annual Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000.
