Handyperson Required – Selby

We are looking for a Handyperson based in Selby to work on void social housing properties
, supporting trades on site. Due to the location and hours of this job, having your own transport is required.

This is a full time role with the following hours:

Mon-Fri: 07:30am - 16.30pm

• Contract Length:
  40–50 weeks available

Duties Will Include:

• Work to drawings
• Paint, snag and make good as required
• Use power tools as required
• Fix and repair 2nd fix carpentry work – skirting, architrave and so on
• Fix and repair ceramic tiling as required

Required:

• Previous experience working on domestic or social housing projects

• Experience using power tools
• Knowledge of 2nd fix carpentry work, tiling etc
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Valid in-date passport to hand - We cannot accept birth certificates or other forms of
• CSCS card
