Homecare Assistant - Richmond, North Yorkshire

Shift Patterns: Variable shift patterns available – 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM (Day Calls); 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM (Night Calls); 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM (Waking Nights).

We are looking for experienced professionals to join us as Support Workers, Homecare Assistants, Care Coordinators, or Nurses. As a Homecare Assistant you will deliver person‑centred care to service users with diverse and complex care needs, including those with dementia.

• Support all aspects of the care role.
• Assist with mobility and help service users move around.
• Provide personal care such as undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting and pad changes.
• Assist with meals.
• Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
• Ensure comfort and safety of service users, maintaining a clean and organised environment.
• Use mechanical and non‑mechanical aids to assist residents when moving.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities and update care plans accordingly.

• Hard‑working and honest.
• Valid care training certificate.
• Full, valid driving licence (access to a personal vehicle an added advantage).
• Minimum six months experience in a care setting.
• Current and valid enhanced DBS.Willing to be paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
• Experience in customer service.
