Production Supervisor
Oversee day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards. This position assists in managing a team, scheduling work, monitoring production processes, and coordinating with other departments to optimize workflow.
Responsibilities May Include:

• Supervising and Managing Staff: This includes coaching, mentoring, and evaluating employee performance.
• Scheduling and Planning: Developing and implementing work schedules, ensuring production timelines are met.
• Quality Control: Monitoring production output, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Safety and Health: Implementing and enforcing safety procedures, conducting regular safety inspections, and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Monitoring equipment performance, scheduling maintenance, and addressing any malfunctions.
• Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in production efficiency and implementing solutions.
• Coordination and Communication: Collaborating with other departments, including engineering, maintenance, and quality control.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Compiling production records, preparing reports on performance and progress, and presenting them to senior management.
• Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise in the production process.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the timely availability of materials.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2-3 years of recent experience in a Production Supervisory role.
• Computer skills in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Ability to think independently and plan ahead.
• Able to work well with others.
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
• Proficient in written and verbal English skills.
• Being able to speak Spanish is a plus.
