With our latest project, we're seeking a world-class Sales Associate to become the face of our showroom and the key player in converting leads into happy homeowners.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our showroom in Foros de Amora, Seixal. As a Sales Associate y ou'll be the trusted advisor for clients walking into our showroom, following up on leads, and guiding them through every step of the purchase process, from first contact to contract signing.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage with showroom visitors, both walk-ins and appointments
• Qualify inbound leads and follow up consistently using our CRM
• Conduct presentations, unit walk-throughs, and lifestyle consultations
• Handle client questions with clarity and professionalism
• Negotiate and close deals, collaborating with internal teams
• Maintain impeccable customer records and pipeline updates

Qualifications

• Sales experience in real estate, luxury retail, automotive, hospitality, Customer Service, and Client Relations
• Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and an aptitude for understanding customer needs
• Organizational skills, Attention to Detail, and Ability to Multitask
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus
• Proactive and results-driven attitude with a focus on providing excellent service
• Previous experience in a showroom or retail environment is advantageous
