** This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial for preventive maintenance, repair, and rebuild of equipment and systems within our facility.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Preventive Maintenance:
Maintain and rebuild machines, tender/shell belts, butterfly conveyors, skinners, and Sensor X equipment. Monitor and repair equipment during production, documenting all corrections.
* Installation and Monitoring:
Assist with new equipment installation. Monitor equipment drives, HMIs, and computer boards.
* Troubleshooting:
Diagnose mechanical issues using schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
* Repair and Replacement:
Fix or replace motors, gearboxes, belts, cylinders, blades, and other components.#

** Applicants must have a minimum of 6 months of industrial maintenance experience.

* Skills:

Ability to troubleshoot complex automated systems and learn equipment-specific training. Good hand-eye coordination.

* Physical Requirements:

Ability to climb ladders, lift over 40 lbs., and work in various climates.
* Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills.
* Compliance:
Adherence to OSHA standards and safety rules.

- Work Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday work required if needed. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel.#
