Overview
The Adult Clinical Services Manager leads Mental Health Outpatient Clinic services at the Caldwell, Gonzales, and Guadalupe County Bluebonnet Trails Community Services Clinics. Under the supervision of the Regional Center Director, this role provides clinical support, supervision, and guidance to Intensive and Routine Case Managers. The Clinical Services Manager ensures delivery of high-quality core mental health services, including case management, skills training, and psychosocial rehabilitation for adults with mental illness and their families.
The role monitors outcomes, pursues improvements when targets are off track, and collaborates with the Regional Center Director on improvement plans as needed.
This position provides PRN direct services and ensures all services comply with state and Medicaid standards. The manager reviews and assigns caseloads based on skill level, location, and individual needs. They address client concerns, contribute to process improvements, and oversee ongoing training and development of Case Management staff and interns. The role collaborates across departments and funding sources to ensure appropriate interventions and services.

Hourly Salary Range: $27.85 – $34.60
- $1.00/hr Master’s Degree
- $1.00/hr 2 years with BTCS
- $1.00/hr 3 years with BTCS
- $2.00/hr 4 years with BTCS
- $1.00/hour Advanced Licensure
- Provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to Intensive and Routine Case Managers.
- Monitor effectiveness of outcomes and implement improvement plans in collaboration with the Regional Center Director.
- Provide PRN direct services and ensure compliance with state and Medicaid standards.
- Review and assign caseloads based on skill, location, and needs.

- Oversee ongoing training and development of Case Management staff and interns.
- Collaborate across departments and funding sources to ensure appropriate interventions and services.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- At least 2 years of experience providing behavioral health services in an outpatient setting.
- At least 18 months of supervisory experience.
- Valid Texas driver's license and maintenance of approved driving status.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work within 3 months.
- Licensed or pursuing LMSW, LMFT-Associate or LPC-Associate and in clinical supervision toward advanced licensing within 3 months.
- Five years of management experience with at least 2 years in outpatient behavioral health services.
- Or hold advanced clinical licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; ability to supervise LMSW, LPC-Associate, or LMFT-A advanced licensure.
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or ASL.
