Field Services Engineer

We're excited to announce that we're working with a unique lab equipment provider that is looking to expand its support service team in Massachusetts with its first Field Service Engineer

who will play a pivotal role in providing on-site troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of high-level analytical instrumentation to optimise client satisfaction and on-site support for the company's facility.

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer with experience working with Mass Spectrometry and Spectroscopy such as LCMS & GCMS in any laboratory environment. Whether it be in the Life Sciences, Food & Beverage or Environmental. Covering Massachusetts and the surrounding areas.

• Provide on-site troubleshooting and maintenance to analytical instrumentation
• Build and maintain relationships you'd build with customers
• Install analytical instrumentation to laboratory environments
• Investigate, identify and fix any instrument faults
• Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences or Engineering
• Proven hands‑on experience with LC-MS & LC-MS and other analytical instrumentation from market‑leading manufacturers
• Demonstrated ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of troubleshooting and maintenance
