We are seeking a US citizen Senior SAP S/4

HANA FICO Financial Consultant with proven experience supporting Aerospace & Defense (A&D) programs, including government and commercial financial reporting, compliance, and complex cost structures. The consultant will lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SAP S/4

HANA Finance processes, ensuring accurate financial close, analytics, and integration across the enterprise.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance processes, including:
• General Ledger (Universal Journal)
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Fixed Asset Accounting
• Inventory Accounting
• Open Item Management and Payment Processing
• Configure and manage financial master data, including G/L accounts, cost objects, and business partners.
• Support period-end and year-end financial close, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Enable financial analytics, including margin analysis and profitability reporting.
• Support financial planning and forecasting and integrate with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting.
• Configure and support basic SAP S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting for financial consolidation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, WM) to ensure accurate financial integration.
• Support testing, data migration validation, cutover, and hypercare activities.

• US Citizenship is mandatory
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience
• Hands-on SAP S/4
  
  HANA Greenfield implementations leveraging SAP best practices is required
• Aerospace & Defense experience (mandatory)
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance (FICO) configuration
• Proven experience implementing GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Inventory Accounting
• Experience with financial closing, reporting, and analytics
• Knowledge of SAC reporting and S/4
  
  HANA Group Reporting (basic)
• Strong understanding of financial integration across SAP modules
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
