We are seeking a US citizen Senior SAP S/4

HANA Production Planning (PP) Solution Lead with strong experience delivering SAP S/4

HANA Greenfield implementations in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) environments. The consultant will own the end-to-end solution design and delivery of production planning, scheduling, and execution processes, support complex manufacturing operations while ensuring alignment with A&D business and compliance requirements.

• Lead the solution design and implementation of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Production Planning processes.
• Configure and deliver:
  • Production planning and scheduling
  • Independent requirements planning
  • Forecasting and consumption-based planning
  • MPS and MRP
  • Planned order to production order conversion
  • Production planning and detailed scheduling
• Own production order management for non-PEO locations, including:
  • Order creation and release
  • Order and operation confirmations
  • Goods receipt and goods issue, including back flushing
• Configure external operations and procurement of services.
• Support production settlement and period close.
• Enable contract manufacturing and subcontracting scenarios.
• Deliver manufacturing analytics and performance reporting.
• Ensure tight integration with MM, SD, QM, WM/EWM, PS, and FI/CO.
• Provide design governance, mentor team members, and support testing, cutover, and hypercare.

• US Citizenship is mandatory
• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience
• Hands-on delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Greenfield implementations leveraging SAP best practices is required
• Aerospace & Defense manufacturing experience (mandatory)
• Proven experience as a SAP S/4
  
  HANA PP Lead or Solution Architect
• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and execution
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
