Responsibilities- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism and provide information as needed.
- Manage appointment scheduling and handle inquiries with a friendly approach.
- Assist patients in completing necessary paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and other staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Manage phone calls and electronic communications while providing essential information about services.
Your schedule will vary from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm (full-time - 40 hours/week), with occasional Saturday shifts to meet community needs.
Qualifications- Strong communication abilities; you will be the first point of contact for patients, requiring clarity and empathy.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage scheduling, patient records, and tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and correct information for patients.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
