Security Officer - Lobby Control Point

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location;
Staff the front desk to manage visitor check-in and check-out, verify identification and/or authorization, issue and recover badges, and maintain required access logs and documentation;
Monitor access control systems, cameras, and communication channels; report suspicious activity and deter unauthorized access by escalating concerns per site procedures;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to site contacts and emergency services as directed by post orders;
Answer phones and route calls, provide directions and general site information, handle deliveries and service provider arrivals, and document security-related activity in daily reports
